Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Base Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
8 oz greek yogurt
1/2 scoop VEGA vanilla protein powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Toppings:
A few fresh or frozen blueberries
1 kiwi peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
10 pistachios
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp cocoa nibs
Method:
Blend all the smoothie base ingredients together in a blender.
Pour into desired bowl for serving.
Top with topping ingredients to make it look beautiful.
