Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl

I love lemon in the morning, it’s so refreshing and a great way to wake the body up. Sweet blueberries balance out the acidity and kiwi offers something special as a topping.

I love lemon in the morning, it’s so refreshing and a great way to wake the body up. Sweet blueberries balance out the acidity and kiwi offers something special as a topping.

Smoothie Base Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 8 oz greek yogurt

  • 1/2 scoop VEGA vanilla protein powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Toppings:

  • A few fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 10 pistachios

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs

Method:

  • Blend all the smoothie base ingredients together in a blender.

  • Pour into desired bowl for serving.

  • Top with topping ingredients to make it look beautiful.
